Customization

Postby donaldwoo » Mon Jan 03, 2011 2:05 am

I have just install the script on my server. The script works great with your sample database. How can I change the editor so it will work with my database?

Thanks!

ETA: To give you some background, my database has around 20 fields including text, date, integer and Boolean. Your example only has 6 fields. What must be done to modify your script to include all of my fields?

You can make a copy of example files and then change the table columns array and the table name.

Does that mean I just replace your fields with mine? I will also have checkboxes in my database. How do I include checkboxes in your script?

Code: Select all
There was a problem with the response text

string(422) "An error occurred in script /home/kjonlin1/public_html/buythebest.in/mate/php/AjaxTableEditor.php on line 212:
<br  />There was an error executing the following query:
select id, hidden from mate_columns where mate_user_id = '52ff4ce5ddb26ec4a0b4f4a98ede9bef' and mate_var_prefix = 'product_id-oc_product' and mate_column = 'model'

 mysql said:
 Table 'kjonlin1_cart.mate_columns' doesn't exist"

I get this error, should i also update AjaxTableEditor.php?

You either need to remove the O and H permissions or run the sql to create the mate_columns table in your database.
